Everything you need to know about LitInboxes — what it is, how it works, and whether it fits your sending.
What is LitInboxes?
LitInboxes is an email deliverability monitoring platform for businesses and agencies that depend on email for revenue, customer communication, or client results. It covers DNS and DMARC monitoring, blocklist and reputation tracking, spam score analysis, and email verification, all in a single dashboard.
What does deliverability monitoring include?
Continuous DNS checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI), automated sweeps across 8 high-signal blocklists (24 on Pro), DMARC report ingestion, Google Postmaster Tools integration, IP and domain reputation tracking, and instant alerts by email, Slack, Discord or webhook.
How many blocklists do you check?
Every plan sweeps 8 high-signal blocklists: Spamhaus ZEN, Spamhaus DBL, Barracuda, SpamCop, CBL, PSBL, Mailspike, and the Sender Score blocklist. Pro adds 16 more, for 24 in total. The number is deliberately small. Those are the lists mailbox providers actually consult, while the long tail of minor lists rarely changes real inbox placement and some of those operators charge for removal.
How do alerts work?
LitInboxes checks your domains around the clock. When something drifts, like a DNS record change, a new blocklist listing, or a reputation drop, you get an instant alert by email, or in Slack, Discord or a webhook on Pro, with what changed and how to fix it, before it costs you deliverability.
How does email verification work?
LitInboxes verifies addresses through a syntax, MX, and SMTP cascade, flagging risky roles, disposable domains, and catch-alls before you send. You can verify a single address or upload a CSV to clean an entire list.
What does the spam score check analyze?
Your email content is scored with Rspamd, the same engine many mail servers run, and an AI pass explains each triggered rule in plain language. You get a breakdown of triggered rules, link and image ratios, spam trigger words, and subject line issues, with concrete fixes for each. Content scoring is separate from the infrastructure checks, which cover authentication, blocklist listings, and sender configuration.
Is there a free trial or free plan?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start it. Nothing is charged unless you pick a paid plan, and you can cancel anytime. There is no permanent free plan; Starter at $14/mo is the entry tier, and every plan includes full monitoring. One trial per customer.
How is pricing structured?
Three monthly tiers: Starter ($14), Growing ($49), and Pro ($99), each with monitored domains, monthly verification volume, and history retention. Annual billing saves ~2 months. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Which languages are supported?
The product UI and marketing site are localized to English and Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), with new languages added based on demand. Default locale is Brazilian Portuguese for pt-BR visitors and English for everyone else.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are fully flexible — cancel, upgrade, or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we never lock you into a long-term contract.
