For solo founders

You find out from a friend, not from a dashboard.

You are the sender, the DNS person, and the one who hears that last week's email never arrived. LitInboxes watches the domain so that message does not have to come from a customer.

LitInboxes is an email deliverability monitoring platform for businesses and agencies that depend on email for revenue, customer communication, or client results.

The problem

Where it breaks when you are the whole team

None of these show up as an error in the tool you already send with.

  • 01

The first alert is a DM

A reader says they have not seen you in a month. Your platform still reports delivered. You have no dated record of when authentication drifted or a listing landed.

  • 02

    DNS was set up once

A freelancer, a site builder or an ESP wizard published the records. A redesign, a new tool or an expired DKIM selector can rewrite them. Nothing errors when that happens.

  • 03

    One domain carries everything

The newsletter, the product updates and the password resets share one reputation. A sloppy broadcast hurts the mail people actually need.

  • 04

The real tools assume a team

Postmaster, raw DMARC XML and six vendor dashboards are a job. You do not have that job. You have a product to ship.

  • 05

    Delivered is not inbox

Beehiiv, ConvertKit and Gmail all count a spam-folder landing as delivered. The number you check every morning cannot see the folder.

The fix

What LitInboxes does about it

Monitoring only, on a loop. You keep sending with whatever you send with today.

  1. 01

    One domain, one grade

Add the domain you send from. A scan reports SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and BIMI as they are right now, and names what to paste where. Re-checked every 6 hours.

  2. 02

    An email when something changes

A dropped selector, a new listing or a DMARC pass-rate drop raises an alert. You do not have to open a dashboard to find out you are in trouble.

  3. 03

Blocklists on the domain and its hosts

8 high-signal lists on Starter, across the domain and the IPs behind its A and MX records. A listing comes with the operator's delisting steps.

  4. 04

Content scored before you hit send

Paste a draft and get an Rspamd score with every triggered rule explained. Fifteen analyses a month on Starter, which is enough for a weekly letter plus revisions.

  5. 05

List hygiene when you email old readers

Run a reactivation segment through syntax, MX and SMTP checks and drop what is invalid before it turns into bounces and complaints.

The domain overview, as it looks in the app.

The numbers

What you actually watch

Four numbers decide whether a founder's email arrives. All four are published, and all four are checked for you.

DMARC pass rate

The share of your mail that authenticates and aligns, from the aggregate reports providers already send.

Bad looks likeBelow 95% means a sending system of yours is unauthenticated.

Blocklist state

The domain and its mail-server IPs checked against 8 lists, with the return code the operator published.

Bad looks likeA Spamhaus ZEN or DBL hit, which large providers consult directly.

Google Postmaster spam rate

Gmail's own reported spam rate for your domain, pulled from Postmaster Tools and kept over time.

Bad looks likeAbove 0.3%, where Google's bulk sender guidelines stop being met.

DNS drift

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and BIMI re-resolved every 6 hours and compared against the previous check.

Bad looks likeA DKIM selector that silently stopped resolving after a site change.

The mechanism

Why a solo sender is uniquely exposed

A company with an ops person notices a listing because someone is paid to look. A founder notices because a customer says the invoice never came, or a reader says the last three letters vanished. By then the damage is already attached to the domain, and there is no dated record of when it started.

The setup is usually a single domain doing too many jobs. The newsletter, the product mail and the password resets share one reputation. Providers do not care that you meant the broadcast to be promotional and the reset to be transactional. They see one From domain and one history.

The fix is not a new sending tool. It is a watch on the domain you already send from: authentication that stays aligned, blocklists that get named the morning they hit, and a spam rate you can see without becoming a Postmaster expert. Starter is one domain and $14 a month because that is the job.

Getting started

Your first twenty minutes

In order. You can do this without a developer.

  1. 01

Add the domain you send from

One scan reports what SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and BIMI look like right now, and grades the result.

  2. 02

    Paste the values it names

Each issue comes with the corrected record. Update DNS, wait for the next check, and watch the grade move.

  3. 03

    Point DMARC reporting at LitInboxes

Update the rua address in your DMARC record. Aggregate reports start landing daily from the large providers.

  4. 04

    Turn on email alerts

You want the listing or the dropped selector in your inbox, not in a dashboard you remember to open.

Honest limits

When LitInboxes is the wrong tool

Three things a founder might want that LitInboxes does not do.

  • You want us to write and send the newsletter. Keep Beehiiv, ConvertKit or Gmail. LitInboxes watches whether it is trusted.
  • You want an inbox guarantee. No honest tool offers one.
  • You want someone else to hold your DNS. LitInboxes names the record and the value. The Email Revenue Leak Audit will do the reading if you would rather not.

Questions

Questions from this crowd

Do you send my emails?

No. Keep Beehiiv, ConvertKit, Gmail, MailerLite or whatever you use. LitInboxes watches whether what they send is authenticated, trusted and clean.

I am not technical. Can I use this?

Yes. You get a grade, a list of what is wrong, and the exact value to paste into DNS. If you would rather hand it to someone, the Email Revenue Leak Audit does the reading and reports back in plain English.

I only send a newsletter. Is that enough?

Yes. One sending domain is the Starter plan. The same signals decide whether a weekly letter arrives as decide a product launch.

I also run a course or a store. Which page is me?

If a launch window is the thing that breaks you, read Creators. If receipts and shipping updates are the mail that matters, read Ecommerce. The monitoring underneath is the same; the first signal that fails is what changes.

Will this guarantee inbox placement?

No, and nobody can. Providers decide with signals that change. What you get is every signal you control, checked continuously, with the fix for each one.

What is included in the free trial?

14 days on every plan, no credit card. Starter during the trial is one domain, the 8 blocklists, and 30 days of history. Nothing converts automatically.
